Our 1st experience with Kundalini occurred about 17 years ago after enjoying a marathon "Sexy Times" session (over 6 hrs) with a girl that was loved soooo intensely! (that it was very much more than was able to love the self)

As we were cuddling each other enjoying a "post (multi) orgasmic bliss" having just topped up on ket ,the VI Lovers united, became what 'felt' like the image portrayed on the XIV Art card

A singular body of polarities Yin Yang merged in perfect balance with both sides of the "head" whilst being seperate ,in their smushed togetherness, were very much 'sensing' the other

Our perception then shifted into an "out of body" experience where was looking upon the translucent figure that had an 'energy' moving up the spine from the base ,with the "expansion" of an orb of "light" as it reached the Heart, to then continue its path upwards beyond the top of the figure showering back around ((like torus field)) to reenter where it had started

Am an experienced psychonaut & This 'felt' different to previous "trips"

So much so that it required communicating with the lovely owners of the Atlantis book shop (where was a regular) in order to feel more settled & make sense of the entire thing, they were even so kind as to gift a copy of Living with Kundalini (along with the instruction to figure out how to do it all the time)

Unbeknownst to us that at that time had already been doing the Kundalini yoga practices from China for several years under the guise of a Marstial Art inspired by the fight between a Snake & a Crane (aka the Dove & Serpent) to (II) the "female monk" Ng Mui (aka the High Priestess)

Sadly most of the practitioners of this "Art" are entirely clueless to its 'occult' meanings (that's the problem with keeping things secret, you do it for so long that   the "true" meanings get lost entirely by the passing of time & the over rationalising logical thinking faculties (aka the curse of the patriarchal paradigm) coupled with the grave error of people deliberately pointing people in the wrong direction in order to keep those secrets) with the majority of practitioners performing a "female fighting style" in a manly manner

As previously mentioned @dreamer was familiar with the Thoth deck

Am not entirely sure what you mean in your question (owing to not really having a frame of reference other than the self) was referring to the majority of practitioners perceiving what's advertised as a "fighting style" to be exactly that & nothing more (was also guilty of this)
